#165796 - ALL-11 Programmers |
Our Winbond/Nuvoton supplier has just switched us from W78L516A to W78E516D. As far as the datasheet goes, no real (negative) difference. However, our ALL-11 + gang programmer doesn't recognise the new signature and won't programme the damned thing. ALL-11 is now obsolete, so no further support. Don't want to buy an ALL-100 and all its trimmings.
Anyone know of a way of hacking the ALL-11 code to accept this new device? Anyone know if the parallel programming algorithm is identical to previous devices? I'm sure it is, but the datasheet doesn't mention parallel programming methods as a matter of policy, and Nuvoton won't talk about it. Very best, Dave |
