Why you want to loose 2 timers T1 & T2? The external input pin for Timer-2 can be used as additional interrupt, still you can use Timer-2 for Baudrate. Also for many crystals Timer-2 gives more accurate BaudRate as compared with T1. I think you have not understood Timer-2 behaviour neatly. Please read about T2. Regards, Mahesh |
