Thanks, my conclusion is almost same. I have even tried to contact these chinese distributors but most of them also don't have datasheet. One of them asked to buy 10,000 chips to get datasheet.

Actually a client had some boards with this chip + 8051 and he asked me to write new software with some added features. Thats why I was looking for datasheet.
