Unfortunately, the basic courtesy of indicating where a question was cross-posted if often forgotten. Not always a question of courtesy. New posters don't always know about this - they just see an advantage with asking a question on as many forums as possible. New posters can't even know that there exists a FAQ for how to behave on the net and how to ask questions. It is up to us to inform about this. |
