#164865 - Capacitive keyboard |
Hi,
I am planning to interface a keyboard with P89C51RD2BN device. I have build and tested the unit with a mechanical micro-push-button switch. But my actual plan is to use QT60160, or QT60240 or QT1103 These are capacitive keyboard driver ICs (self calibration and other features) But I am unable to procure them here in India. Sample ordering is not possible. Please advice place from where they can be procured in India (Mumbai). Or any similar device available. (afore-mentioned QT's dont neede any internal programming; just simple SPI MCU interfacing.) Many thanks in advance. |
