#164083 - Problems running T89C51CC01 from ext. memory |
I am having serious problems running T89C51CC01 from external flash memory. Addresses simply increase from 0x0000 upwards like it's fetching 0xFF or something like this although connected logic analyzer shows correct data bytes coming out from the flash memory and timing looks perfect. CPU clock is 16MHz and flash access time is 55nS so that should not be an issue (just to be sure I tried 8MHz clock with the same results). Code runs fine from internal flash. Any ideas?
