use the Keil baudrate calculator to find the required Crystal and T2 settings (250k impossible with T1).

I am interestred in knowing why you need an oddbsl baudrate like 250k, not 230.4.

You WILL need to forget about "nice even numbered" crystals and use something like 22.1188MHz
