#163036 - PWM is just a switch, surely? Responding to: ???'s previous message |

I want to take the PWM 0-5vdc outupt and convert it to linear 0-10vdc output Now, surely, by definition, a "PWM 0-5vdc outupt" is simply an output that is either at 0V or 5V - only the widths of the pulses varies? So converting that to 0-10V PWM is simply a matter of a switch to switch the 10V in sympathy with the 5V pulses? Converting that to "analogue" is then just the normal low-pass filter. Isn't it? |
