Can anyone tell me EXACTLY what the differences are between these two???

I am creating a product which requires testing and certification, and unfortunately the unit tested and certified used an 89V whereas the production unit will use an 89CV. This change is required because of the way the 89V bootloader works which introduces an unacceptable delay after reset while the chip looks for the "U" at the serial port, indicating the need to start the bootloader rather than the user code.

OR can anyone tell me how to get an 89V to bypass the wait for the bootloader???
