#162762 - LCD controller, HD44780 and SPLC780D differences |
My hardware engineer, in his infinite wisdom, has substituted an LCD that uses the SPLC780D instead of the HD44780 controller. The commands look basically the same, so the code just ran. My problem is that for some reason I can only get the leftmost 8 characters (of 16) to display.
Has anyone come across this problem? |
