#161716 - water level sensor for Boiler Chamber
Hi,
I designed water level sensor using OPAMP as comparator and steel rod.
my Controller wotk properly. But when I put sensor in Boiler Chamber.
My system behave eratically.Sensor are OPTO ISOLATED. I think coduction
is through steam. All EMI/EMC care for PCB design is taken.Sensor Current
is arount 750 Micro Amp and Sensor Power supply and Microcontroller Power
supply are saparated to keep Isolation.Even there is no track between
OPTO DIODE PINS AND OPTO TRANSITOR i.e.
7.5mm isolation is metain bet IN and OutPut Section

Pl.ignore my poor Engilsh.

Regards
satish
