#161650 - atmel 89S2051 discontinued? |
I have looked everywhere for this device, can't seem to find it except Farnell.
Is this micro controller obsolete? Why are the major distributors not stocking any of these and haven't been for the last few years. Are they being discontinued? Anyone have info on this? Is there something similar (or better) or less expensive that will have the same abilities as the 89S2051? (ISP capability a must) |
