nope TI is set when the stop bit is transmitted, not when the transmission starts. yes, forgive me, what I meant was when the byte has been completely sent. I appreciate the advice regarding setting another flag (Jan Waclawek also posted this) I am going to use this idea in my final code. Thank you everyone for the help. |
