#160610 - New 8051 based transceiver chip EO3000I |
Hi Guys,
I hope I am not violating forum rules by posting such a post here but I wanted to share good news and I guess you can be interrested. A new RF Transciever platform called Dolphin EO3000I has been anounced wich has an integrated 8051 core. The transciever supports ASK modulation and uses the ISM bands 868 and 315MHz. It's a special ASIC chip optimised to work with energy harvesters. It has special ultra-low power modes timers etc. It will be available next year. For more info about the architecture you can read here: http://www.tdc.co.uk/datasite/wireless/enocean/_data/perpetuum_08_en.pdf - pages 5-11 http://www.electronicstalk.com/news/eno/eno107.html http://www.earthtimes.org/articles/show/enocean-and-sensordynamics-announce-energy-harvesting-single-chip-rf-transceiver,618160.shtml greetings Attila |
