P89LPC9401: 8-bit MCU with 32 segment x 4 LCD driver
The P89LPC9401 is a multi-chip module comprising our 8-bit microcontroller P89LPC931 and universal LCD driver PCF8576D. Featuring an accelerated two-clock 80C51 core, the high-performance 8-bit MCU includes 8 Kbytes of byte-erasable Flash and a host of on-chip communication ports. The LCD driver provides 32 segments and supports 1 to 4 backplanes. Ideal for metering, instrumentation, toys and portable equipment, the P89LPC9401 is supplied in a LQFP64 package.
