Austin, TX Selected from a field of hundreds of candidates, Cygnal Integrated Products C8051F300 mixed-signal Flash MCU has been nominated for EDN Magazine¹s 2001 Innovation of the Year award in the 8/16-bit processor category.
The C8051F300 is a full-featured mixed-signal microcontroller in a remarkably small 3mm x 3mm Micro Lead-Frame (MLP) package. This microcontroller boasts an unprecedented feature set for its size, enabling localized data acquisition, processing, communication and control in a tiny footprint.
